Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account on, or using any part of the 77vip platform at 77vip.cash, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This agreement is legally binding between you – the player – and 77vip.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and must not register or maintain an account. Continuing to access 77vip after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These terms apply to all products and services offered on 77vip including the online casino, sportsbook, poker rooms, Aviator game, esports betting, and all promotional offers and VIP Club participation. Additional product-specific terms may apply in some areas and will be clearly signposted where relevant.

Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use 77vip, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 77vip does not permit any person under 18 to register, play or place bets. This is a hard requirement with no exceptions.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited for the individual player.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and are not subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from gaming online.
• You are registering and playing for personal entertainment purposes only and not on behalf of any other person, business entity or criminal organisation.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent or direct family member of a current employee of 77vip or any of its affiliated technology or payment partners.

77vip does not knowingly allow play from jurisdictions where all forms of online gaming are prohibited at the individual level. Players are responsible for knowing their own local regulations. 77vip makes no representations about the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction and this does not constitute legal advice.

Account Registration

One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold exactly one account on 77vip. Registering multiple accounts – regardless of the email address, phone number or payment method used – is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.

Accurate Information Required

You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid mobile number, and your correct date of birth. Providing false information is grounds for account closure.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77vip account credentials, including your password and withdrawal PIN. You must not share your login details with any other person. 77vip will never ask for your password via phone, email or chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 77vip support immediately.

Identity Verification (KYC)

77vip may request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle – during registration, before processing a first withdrawal, or during a routine compliance review. Acceptable documents include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restriction.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on 77vip are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 77vip does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. The following payment methods are supported:

* Withdrawal times under 2 minutes apply to Silver VIP tier and above.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment account used for deposits wherever technically possible.
• 77vip reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly the first withdrawal from an account.
• Where a bonus has been claimed, the applicable wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• 77vip will never delay a withdrawal from a verified account without reasonable cause. Any delay will be communicated to you with an explanation.

Bonuses & Promotions

77vip offers bonuses, free bets and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

General Bonus Rules

• One bonus per player, household, device, IP address and payment method per promotional period, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your 77vip bonus wallet. They are not redeemable for cash until applicable wagering requirements are completed.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be staked across qualifying games before the resulting balance can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each promotion is clearly stated in its specific terms.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited with no compensation.
• 77vip reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time if abuse or technical issues are detected.

VIP Club Rewards

Rewards earned through the 77vip VIP Club programme – cashback, accelerated withdrawals and loyalty points – are governed by the VIP Club terms, which form part of these Terms and Conditions. Tier status is calculated on rolling 30-day wagering volume and may be revised downward if activity falls below tier thresholds.

Betting & Gaming Rules

Sportsbook

All bets placed on the 77vip sportsbook are final once confirmed. You are responsible for reviewing your bet slip before confirming. 77vip does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed, except where a clear technical error on the platform's part can be demonstrated.

• Minimum single bet is Rs 50. Maximum stakes vary by market and are displayed on the bet slip.
• 77vip reserves the right to limit stakes on specific markets or for specific accounts where patterns of unusual activity are detected.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or declared void, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules for that sport.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any point during an event at the discretion of the trading team. Bets placed before suspension stand.

Casino & Aviator

All casino games and the Aviator crash game on 77vip use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Results are determined entirely by chance. The Aviator game additionally uses Spribe's Provably Fair algorithm, which allows players to independently verify the fairness of any round's outcome.

• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages across millions of rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• 77vip does not manipulate game outcomes. Any allegation of manipulation must be submitted in writing to support with specific round IDs for investigation.
• Disconnection during a casino game round or Aviator round: 77vip's servers log your last game state. On reconnection, any open round will be resolved at the correct outcome. If a round cannot be confirmed, the stake is returned.

Poker

The 77vip poker rooms operate under standard poker rules for each variant. Collusion between players, use of automated poker bots, or any form of chip dumping is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 77vip. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, balance forfeiture and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts or facilitating the registration of accounts for other people.
• Using another person's payment method, identity documents or account credentials without their explicit consent.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches or software errors in games to gain an unfair advantage. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to 77vip support immediately upon discovery.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or AI systems to place bets or play casino games.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game or match outcomes (match-fixing, collusion).
• Using 77vip for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime.
• Chargebacks: initiating a payment reversal on any deposit made to 77vip without first contacting our support team to resolve the underlying issue. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in account closure and legal action.
• Abusing bonuses through systematic exploitation, including using multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, or any other bonus abuse scheme.

Privacy & Data

77vip collects and processes personal data to operate the platform, verify identities, process payments and comply with applicable regulations. Your data is handled in accordance with the 77vip Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

By registering, you consent to 77vip processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. Payment credentials are not retained after transaction completion.
• 77vip does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services and fraud prevention agencies as necessary to operate the platform.
• You have the right to request access to your personal data, request corrections and, in certain circumstances, request deletion. Requests can be submitted to support@77vip.cash.

Responsible Gaming

77vip is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We take problem gambling seriously and have built practical tools into the platform to help players stay in control.

Player Control Tools

• Deposit limits – Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced.
• Session time limits – Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss limits – Set a maximum net loss amount for a defined period. Once reached, no further bets can be placed until the period resets.
• Cool-off period – Take a break from 77vip for 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a cool-off, your account remains accessible for balance enquiries and withdrawal only.
• Self-exclusion – Permanently close your account and request exclusion from any future marketing. 77vip will make all reasonable efforts to prevent new account registration during your self-exclusion period.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 77vip platform – including but not limited to the 77vip brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional graphics, written content, software code and database structures – is the intellectual property of 77vip or its licensed third-party partners and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use 77vip for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any 77vip content without prior written permission. Scraping of odds data, casino content or any other platform data by automated means is expressly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

77vip provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain continuous, uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability.

What 77vip is Not Liable For

• Loss of profits, winnings or opportunity resulting from platform downtime, technical errors or network interruptions beyond 77vip's control.
• Loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential or special damages arising from use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on odds information, game descriptions or any other content on the platform for financial decision-making purposes beyond entertainment.

Nothing in these terms limits 77vip's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. In all cases, 77vip's total liability to you is capped at the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by You

You may close your 77vip account at any time by contacting support@77vip.cash. Upon closure request, any remaining balance after the deduction of pending bonuses not yet wagered will be refunded to your registered payment account. Account closure does not discharge any outstanding obligations you have to 77vip, such as pending chargebacks.

Suspension or Closure by 77vip

77vip may suspend or close any account, at any time and without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The account has been involved in fraudulent, criminal or abusive activity.
• Continuing to allow activity on the account would present a legal or regulatory risk to 77vip.
• You are under the age of 18.

Where an account is closed for breach of terms or fraudulent activity, 77vip reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the balance is determined to have been accumulated through prohibited conduct, it will be forfeited. If no prohibited conduct is confirmed, the balance will be returned.

Changes to These Terms

77vip reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or via a notification when they next log in to the platform. The updated terms will also display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

If you continue to use 77vip after the effective date of the updated terms, you are deemed to have accepted the revised version. If you do not accept a material change, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your balance without penalty before the change takes effect.
